Preparation of domain for transfer
In order to continue with the transfer, the following steps need to be taken:

1. Please log into your registrar account and turn the locking function of the domain off. The domain will not be transferred if it remains in a locked status.

2. We will also need you to provide the authorization (EPP) code for this domain name. This auth code is required to transfer the domain name to the new registrar.
